We start with a free conversation - either a quick 15-minute chat or a deeper one-hour discussion - to understand your needs. After that, we'll create a custom proposal outlining how we can help you with market assessment, business setup, or growth strategies.
We've worked across many sectors including legal, supply chain, IT, non-profits, retail, plumbing supplies, real estate, and consulting. While we're open to working with most industries, we'll be upfront if we don't have enough expertise in your specific field.

We offer three types: quarterly retainers paid in advance based on days per week; fixed-price project agreements with clear deliverables; and commission arrangements where we earn a percentage of actual sales.
You'll get a dedicated consultant, a shared task list that shows priorities and progress, regular updates, and delivery of the outcomes we agree on together.
Research projects can be quite short. For market entry and growth work, we typically recommend 6-24 months. Building relationships in Asia takes time, so we suggest a minimum 18-month commitment for the best results.

Yes. For retainer arrangements, we ask for payment in advance. For projects, we use a staged approach: 25% to start, then additional payments at 50%, 75%, and 100% completion stages.
You'll need to cover travel, accommodation, and client entertainment costs. For retainer clients, we'll ask for reimbursement at the end of each quarter. We match your company's standards for flights, hotels, and entertainment. For project costs like events or marketing materials, we'll discuss these upfront so there are no surprises.
